Important: by visiting CTRL Print Pty Ltd (“company” or “we“) website at www.ctrlprintgroup.com (“website“), or using any of the services (defined below) provided therein, you (“you“) consent to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy and consent that all Personally Identifiable Data (PID) (defined below) that you submit or that is collected, processed or used through the services may be collected, processed or used by the company and its affiliates in the manner and for the purposes described in this privacy policy.
We define “PID” or Personally Identifiable Data to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
You are not legally required to provide us with PID, however, some of the services require you to do so pursuant to this privacy policy. In these cases, if you choose to withhold or delete any PID requested by us, it may not be possible for you to access certain services. 1. PID We Collect and How We Use It
In order to provide, operate, maintain and improve our Services, to understand usage trends and user preferences in order to adjust and personalize your use of the Services, for marketing and investor relations purposes, in order to protect our Services from threatening activities, for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, or for enforcement of the relevant agreement or other legal rights, we may collect and process PID, including the following types of information:
1.1. PID You Provide
For some of the features of the Services we ask you to provide PID, such as full name, email address, telephone number, job title, place of employment.
1.2. Third Parties
We sometimes supplement or verify the PID that you provide with information that is received from third parties. If you interact with any social media or other third-party plug-in or platform in the Services (such as a “share” on Facebook), we may receive information from those respective platforms.
1.3. User Communications
When you send an email or other communication to the Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services. We may send you web push notifications to send you news and updates in respect of the Services. We may also send you newsletters, updates and promotional communications. 1.4. User PID
When you use the Services, we may automatically receive and record information from your browser, including without limitation information and statistics about your online or offline status, your IP address, internet service provider, search history, cookie information, type of browser, your regional and language settings and software and hardware attributes. Our systems may automatically record and store technical information regarding the method and nature of your use of the Services, including without limitation which pages of the Services you viewed, exit and entrance pages and your use time of the Services. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your device on a network, or in this case, the Internet. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information. The Company uses all the PID that it collects to understand the usage trends, interests, behaviour and preferences of its users.
1.5. Aggregate and Analytical Data
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the customers of the Services, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on the PID and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis, and we may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents and business partners. This Privacy Policy applies solely to PID collected or used by us.
4. Children
If you are a child under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent prior to using our Services. The Company will not knowingly contact or engage with children under the age of 18 without said parental consent. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their PID, please contact us at the address given above and we will endeavor to delete that PID from our databases.
5. Information Sharing
As part of providing the Services our affiliates, agents and representatives and service providers may have access to your PID. The Company may also share your PID in the following circumstances: (a) as required for the provision, maintenance and improvement of the Services; (b) when permitted by you; (c) if we become involved in a reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, with any type of entity, whether public, private, foreign or local; and/or (d) to satisfy applicable law or prevention of fraud or harm, to enforce applicable agreements and/or their terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof.
6. PID Security and Retention
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of PID. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your PID, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We retain your PID only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.
7. Data Integrity
The Company processes PID only for the purposes for which it was collected or used and in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service agreements. We review our data collection, usage, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, use, store and process the PID needed to provide or improve our Services and/or as set forth in this Privacy Policy. 8.1. Right of Access and Rectification

We allow our users the option to access and obtain a copy of their PID and to rectify such PID if it is not accurate, complete or updated. However, we may first ask you to provide us certain credentials to permit us to identify your PID.
8.2. Right to Delete PID or Restrict Processing
You have the right to delete your PID or restrict its processing. We may postpone or deny your request if your PID is in current use for the purposes for which it was collected or for other legitimate purposes such as compliance with legal obligations.
8.3. Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your PID. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing your PID based on your consent before its withdrawal.
8.4. Right of Data Portability
Where technically feasible, you have the right to ask to transfer your PID in accordance with your right to data portability. You may exercise the above rights by sending a request to privacy@ctrlprintgroup.com
8.5. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your PID.
9. Enforcement
The Company regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or our treatment of PID by contacting us as provided above. When we receive formal written complaints, it is the Company’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of PID that cannot be resolved between the Company and an individual.

The Company may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat PID by placing a prominent notice on the Services or sending a notice to the email address provided by you. 10. Privacy Breaches
Privacy Breaches If you believe that your privacy has been breached, please contact us using the information below and provide details of the incident so that we can investigate it. Our process for investigating privacy breaches is to gather all relevant information and communicate directly with those involved (including where relevant our clients), determine the outcome of the investigation and attempt to reduce the impact of any breach where possible by remediation and implementation of preventative measures.
